Gel nails have a tendency to present a more natural and glossier end than acrylic nails; they are cured beneath a UV lamp and last for approximately 2 weeks. Acrylic nails are more robust than gels and begin to cure the moment they’re exposed to air; they typically last for 6-8 weeks but will require fills following 2 weeks to hide regrowth. Both
